Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of the Webgram IT Solution website, enquiries, guest content and professional digital services.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Acceptance, eligibility and authority

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, opening an account or providing content, you agree to these public terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use interactive features. You must be legally capable of entering the relevant arrangement. When acting for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to provide instructions and information on its behalf.

Public page descriptions are invitations to discuss services, not automatic acceptance of work. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and any required advance payment are agreed in writing. These terms supplement, but do not override, a signed proposal or contract. If documents conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls for that project while these rules continue to govern general website use.

Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may browse, print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with availability, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malware, overload forms, harvest contact details, send spam, impersonate another person or use the website to violate law or third-party rights. Automated access must respect published controls and must not impair normal visitors.

Manipulating advertising interactions, account credits, article reads, shares, reviews, analytics or search signals is prohibited. Coordinated clicking, self-clicking advertisements, encouraging others to click, bot traffic and deceptive placement activity can harm advertisers and the website. We may suppress features, invalidate credits, suspend access, preserve relevant logs and cooperate with platforms or authorities when activity reasonably indicates abuse. Legitimate accidental actions are not treated as misconduct without supporting context.

Quotations, scope, payment and delivery

Estimates depend on information available when prepared and remain valid only for the period stated. Additional pages, integrations, revisions, content work, licences, urgent delivery, third-party fees or requirements discovered later may require a change order. Timelines depend on prompt approvals, complete materials and third-party availability. Dates are planning estimates unless a written agreement expressly makes a date binding.

Invoices, deposits, milestones, taxes, late-payment consequences and refund conditions are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may pause when required information, approval or payment is overdue. Third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting, advertising spend and platform charges remain the client’s responsibility unless expressly included. A delay caused by a platform, provider, force majeure event or client dependency does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Client responsibilities and approvals

Clients must provide accurate requirements, lawful content, timely feedback and authorised access to necessary systems. They are responsible for reviewing spelling, prices, product claims, legal notices, tax treatment, accessibility obligations and regulated-industry content before launch. An approval confirms that the supplied stage may proceed. Later reversal can affect cost and timing. We may refuse instructions that appear deceptive, infringing, unsafe or unlawful.

The client must maintain backups and suitable access controls after handover unless maintenance is included. Platform updates, third-party integrations and security conditions can change after launch. Search visibility, advertising performance, sales and uptime depend on factors beyond development work. We provide professional effort within the agreed scope but do not promise a particular ranking, revenue, conversion rate, approval or uninterrupted third-party service.

Guest authors, comments and community content

Guest submissions must be original, useful, lawful, accurate to the author’s knowledge and meet current editorial rules, including minimum length and link restrictions. The author must own the material or have permission to submit it. Plagiarism, undisclosed promotional content, malicious code, fabricated experience, unlawful claims and content that violates privacy or intellectual property are prohibited. Credits are programme benefits, not cash, wages or guaranteed consideration.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may review, format, fact-check, request changes, reject, schedule, unpublish or remove content for quality, safety, legal or operational reasons. Authors remain responsible for their claims and must cooperate with legitimate correction requests. By submitting content, the author grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, edit for presentation, reproduce, promote and archive it in connection with the website and its channels.

Intellectual property and portfolio use

The Webgram name, branding, interface, original text, code and design elements are owned by Webgram IT Solution or used under licence. You may not copy, resell, remove notices from or create misleading derivatives of protected material. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Mentioning a platform does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.

Project ownership, source files, reusable tools, licences and transfer conditions are governed by the written project agreement. Unless confidentiality terms say otherwise, we may identify completed public work in a factual portfolio after launch, without revealing confidential information. The client must tell us in writing before engagement if attribution or portfolio display is prohibited. Pre-existing tools and general know-how are not transferred merely because they were used during a project.

Availability, warranties and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may contain errors and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Public information is supplied on an ‘as available’ basis. Mandatory statutory protections remain unaffected; otherwise, implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent law permits, Webgram IT Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, reputation damage or data loss arising from general website use. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

Questions, complaints and grievance handling

Questions about these terms, privacy choices, published material or our services may be sent to info@webgramitsolution.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry, account, article or project without sending passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. We ordinarily acknowledge a complete request within a reasonable period and may ask for proportionate verification before discussing account-specific information. Complex matters, third-party dependencies and legal preservation duties can require additional time.

Privacy grievances may be addressed to the Webgram IT Solution grievance contact through the same email address, with the subject line ‘Privacy Grievance’. We will review the concern in good faith under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules in force when the request is handled. Nothing on this page removes any right to approach a competent authority, consumer forum or court where applicable. Emergency, criminal or regulatory matters should be directed to the appropriate public authority.

Children, accessibility and responsible use

Our commercial services, guest-author programme and account features are intended for adults and organisations. A person under eighteen should use the website only with a parent or lawful guardian and should not independently submit business, payment or publishing information. If we learn that a child’s personal data was submitted without valid authority, we may restrict the account and take reasonable steps to delete the information, subject to legal retention and security needs.

We aim to keep public information readable and accessible across common devices and assistive technologies. Visitors may contact us if a page, consent choice or document is difficult to access. Responsible use includes respecting other people, intellectual property, system security and applicable law. Automated scraping, credential attacks, fraudulent ad activity, impersonation, malicious uploads, spam and attempts to manipulate credits, rankings, reviews or analytics are prohibited and may lead to access restrictions and preservation of relevant evidence.

Updates, severability and governing law

We may revise this document when services, technologies, suppliers, advertising practices or legal requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the relevant page or consent interface. Continued use after an update means the current version governs future activity; it does not retrospectively replace a signed project agreement or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Indian law governs this website and these public terms, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India will ordinarily hear disputes connected with the website, unless a signed agreement or mandatory law requires another forum. Headings assist navigation and do not narrow the meaning of a provision.
